16th Annual Black River Festival 5k
This will be an "old fashion" race with no entry fees and no t-shirts. The race will be held in conjunction with the Black River Festival in Poplar Bluff commemorating the 4th of July holiday celebrations. Award ceremony will be held about 8:00 am at the courthouse. There will be refreshments for all runners after the race.
